1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DailyNomad ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

DailyNomad is a marketplace platform that connects travelers ("Workers") with coworking spaces and day-pass providers ("Hosts"). We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the actual service provided by Hosts.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Workers

  • Provide accurate information when creating bookings
  • Arrive on time for your reserved day pass
  • Respect the space, other users, and Host's rules
  • Pay for services as agreed at the time of booking
  • Cancel bookings in accordance with the Host's cancellation policy

3.2 Hosts

  • Provide accurate information about your space, amenities, and availability
  • Honor confirmed bookings and provide the services as described
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
  • Respond promptly to booking requests and inquiries
  • Process refunds in accordance with your cancellation policy

4. Booking Terms

  • Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment processing
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Cancellation policies vary by Host and are displayed at the time of booking
  • DailyNomad reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, safety concerns, or violation of these terms
  • Refunds are processed according to the Host's cancellation policy and may take 5-10 business days

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • DailyNomad charges a 10% platform fee on bookings, which is included in the displayed price
  • Hosts receive 90% of the booking price (minus payment processing fees)
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the Host's cancellation policy
  • Chargebacks and disputes should be resolved directly with DailyNomad support

6. Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts are responsible for providing accurate space descriptions, photos, and availability
  • Hosts must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their spaces
  • Hosts must comply with all local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
  • Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations
  • Hosts must maintain their Stripe account in good standing to receive payouts

7. Liability Limitations

  • DailyNomad acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of Host spaces
  • Workers use spaces at their own risk
  • DailyNomad is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from bookings
  • Hosts are solely responsible for their spaces and any incidents that occur therein
  • DailyNomad's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of DailyNomad is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

  • DailyNomad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Users may deactivate their accounts at any time through their account settings
  • Deactivated accounts may be reactivated by contacting support
  • Active bookings are not affected by account deactivation

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Users should first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the other party
  • If direct resolution fails, contact DailyNomad support at support@getdailynomad.com
  • DailyNomad will attempt to mediate disputes in good faith but is not obligated to do so
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DailyNomad operates

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the DailyNomad platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of DailyNomad or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Changes to Terms

DailyNomad reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
